Nationwide Ground Delivery
You have two options for shipping your order. For larger orders requiring palletized shipping, we offer a competitive flat rate through our third-party trucking partner. For single bag orders (60kg or less), we offer FedEx Ground shipping for $140. Please note: We currently do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. If you are in these locations, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping from our warehouses.
Pickup at Our Facility
Planning to pick up your order yourself? Just choose the "Warehouse Pickup" option at checkout and tell us your desired pickup date and any other important information in the comments box. After you complete your order, we'll send a confirmation email containing your delivery order, the warehouse address, and step-by-step pickup instructions. If you're using your own shipping company, please select "Warehouse Pickup" and let us know the name of the trucking company in the order comments.
Shipping Notice
Expect prompt updates on your order. Tracking and delivery information will be emailed to you as soon as it's available. We aim to process online orders within one business day, and tracking typically goes live after pickup.
Once your order ships, we'll email you the PRO number for tracking. If you haven't received tracking information within three business days of your coffee being released, please contact us at support@kaawacoffees.com for an update.
For next-day pickup or shipping, orders must be submitted by 3:00 PM EST at our New York warehouse and by 1:00 PM PST at our Seattle warehouse. To ensure timely processing, we recommend placing your order as early as possible.
Our warehouses in New York and Seattle operate separately. Therefore, orders cannot be combined across both locations. If you need coffee from both warehouses, please create two distinct orders.

- Even though your coffee is shipped by a third-party carrier, our customer support team is your point of contact for any shipping-related questions or concerns. Just email support@kaawacoffees.com.
Freight & Shipping Fees
Our shipping rates are calculated per pallet. Each pallet can hold up to 1,600 pounds, which is about 10-12 bags depending on the size. Select "Ground Shipping" at checkout, and the shipping cost will automatically update based on the rates below. Don't forget to include any additional accessorial charges.

Canada Shipping Rates
Canadian customers can order online. We'll then provide a shipping quote (you won't be charged until you approve it). You can also arrange your own shipping; just tell us the carrier and customs broker in the delivery comments.
Accessorial Fees & Costs
To ensure smooth delivery, please select all applicable accessorial services during checkout. These are extra services that may be required by the trucking company.

Limited Delivery Access | We understand that not all locations are easily accessible by large trucks. If your address has limited access, don't worry! We'll use a smaller truck to navigate any narrow roads, tight turns, or other access restrictions and deliver your order right to you. | $65 |
Appointment Delivery | A scheduled appointment gives you control over your delivery time. By selecting this option, you can choose a two-hour window during which you'd like to receive your order. This helps ensure someone is available to accept the delivery. Businesses can further assist our drivers by including their operating hours in the comments section of their order.
